We started Celeste Design in 2013 in Los Angeles, California, with the goal of bringing creativity and diversity to the fashion market. As a woman-owned small business, we always strive to deliver a variety of unique and high-quality clothing to our customers.

Celeste pieces here are mainly formal and evening dresses, with one blouse. Free standard shipping on eligible orders of US$60 or more. Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and transit takes 8–14 business days, so the estimated total delivery time is 9–17 business days.
